All computers which are sold or donated through the Technology Bridge program are refurbished and in like-new condition. They come with an industry leading one year depot parts and labor warranty.
Our warranty program is simple and straight forward. We simply replace or swap out your existing failed system for a tested working replacement. This method alleviates downtime, aggravating and lengthy technical support calls and costly technician visits.
It takes usually one to two simple calls to our support staff in order to determine the functionality of the equipment in question. You will be asked a few simple questions and once our technical support staff has determined that the equipment is not functional the customer will be given a RMA number and return address that he or she should write or apply to the package that they will be using to return the equipment.
Once we receive, process, and verify the equipment into our facility we will promptly ship a working replacement to your organization - - - Its that simple.
